How to Prepare Eggplant Stew?
• Peel the eggplant well and cut into pieces of the desired size
• Boil the pieces in salted water for at least 30 minutes. Make sure to use low heat
• Pour off the water you boiled it in. This helps remove the bitterness in the eggplant. It also reduces some of the poison.
• Fry the onions and garlic in butter. When they are brown, add the fish pieces.
• Put the eggplant in your mixture and let them boil together for five minutes.
• Within five minutes, your meal will be ready. You can eat it with any food of your choice.
