Morning Nutrition: Kickstart Your Day with Essential Foods

There is a saying, we are what we eat. This saying illustrates that our condition depends a lot on what we eat or drink. A drunk person, looks weak due to the effects of alcohol. But also, a person with poor nutrition, looks weak physically and mentally. This is because alcoholism or poor nutrition causes a deficiency of nutrients in the body. The body needs a balanced balance of minerals, vitamins and various types of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

Eat like a king, so that we can be healthy. It is our sacred duty that, every meal is necessary and very important to be royal. It is better to give yourself what your body wants and not what you want. The saying of eat like a king means you won’t get everything a king eats. It refers to getting every type of nutrient found in royal foods. This means, every group of foods that are needed for a full diet, so make sure you get them. Protein foods, are very important in building and body systems. Fat foods give the body protection and energy.

You can eat well but your body can not respond well. The body does not just need food. The body needs clean and whole food, but without full rest. A person with mental stress can not see the positive results of the good food he eats. There must be a combination of good food and a calm mind for a person to thrive. This happens because the brain gives commands. These commands control the release of hormones at the right level in the body. When the brain experiences mental stress, it increases stress hormones more than happy hormones. In this case, the body weakens even if you eat a balanced diet of any quality.

When you wake up in the morning, the body is in great need of a variety of foods. This is due to a long fasting since the last meal. So, focus on eating food that is loaded with important and necessary nutrients. When you have your first meal, various cells come to take materials from the food. Be careful not to neglect the morning meal, make it heavy in nutrients.

Fast at least once a week. This is not only good for ritual, but also for health. Fasting helps reduce the level of toxins or free radicals in the body. If these toxins are left in the body, they can gradually cause invisible but definite harm. Many processed foods are not good for our health. Use natural foods and when it is necessary to eat processed foods, then do so with great caution.
